We understand that circumstances may arise where customers need to cancel subscriptions or request refunds. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions, procedures, and limitations related to subscription cancellations, refunds, implementation services, and other charges associated with our products and services.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any Zilicius service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their Zilicius subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request through our official support channels.

To process a cancellation request, customers may be required to provide:

Monthly Subscription Plans

Trial Accounts and Demonstration Access

From time to time, Mega Tech Bot Pvt. Ltd. may provide:

Evaluation environments
Promotional access
These services are offered solely for assessment purposes.

Since no subscription fee is charged for such access, no refund is applicable for free trials, demo environments, or promotional accounts.

The Company reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate trial access at any time without prior notice.

Implementation, Setup, and Onboarding Services

Many customers purchase additional professional services to facilitate successful deployment of the platform. These services may include:

Business outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the Company's control, including management decisions, market conditions, operational practices, employee performance, customer behavior, and industry-specific circumstances.

Subscription Renewal Policy

Some subscription plans may automatically renew upon expiration.

Customers are responsible for:
  • Reviewing renewal schedules
  • Maintaining updated payment information
  • Cancelling subscriptions before renewal if they do not wish to continue
If a subscription renews successfully before a cancellation request is received, the renewal charge may not be refundable except where required by law or approved by the Company.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
